Events have a variety of needs, and we’re here to get the coverage you’re looking for. Our event coverage can range from four hours to multiple days.

The different parts of the day are organized in sections for easy navigation;
Download images in Full Resolution or Social Media sized files;
Public-ready galleries at delivery - no reformatting needed;
Ability to require a password or email for extra security.
Our Process
Before the Event
We’ll work with you to create a seamless content game plan by identifying important moments, shot lists, and finalizing the finer details.
Day-of photo coverage
This is the fun part - We’ll show up to thoroughly document the event you worked so hard to put together, covering all the key moments of the day as well as everything else discussed.
After the Event
After the event, we’ll get to work editing the photos into a polished, ready-to-share gallery for internal or external audiences.
Comprehensive Photo Coverage
Low Maintenance, High Performance
From the opening sessions to the closing remarks, our team can work independently while on-site. By the time we get there, we’ve already mapped out where we’ll be and when, so we won’t be asking you what’s next every other hour.
We’ll check in with your planner at the start of the day - as well as other pre-discussed times - to review any special instructions. Then, with the schedule in one hand and floor plan the other, it’s off to the races! The whole time, you won’t have to worry about a thing.
